Update
We are currently in Frances Slocum State Park in Pa. We arrived Thursday afternoon. Matt came for coffee Friday morning. We will see the rest of the family Sunday. We rode our bikes around the park Friday and Saturday. It amounts to a 9 mile loop. I don't think there is a 100 yards of level road in that 9 miles. The hills are wicked.
Saturday we also did a 3 mile hike on one of the trail loops in the park. In the afternoon Gloria said lets go see the Nicholson Viaduct. Turns out it is officially named the Tunkhannock Viaduct, but it is in Nicholson. Below are some pictures of the viaduct and the one with the sign tells the story. Pretty impressive, especially considering the equipment available at the time of construction.
