Day 2 Zion
Today I did not get up before sunrise. With a temperature of 49 degrees and no wind.....it wasn't fun anymore.
We took the shuttle into Springdale to look for a grocery store.
The shuttle bus system in the park connects with the one in Springdale. Springdale is just across the river from the park. In fact when we got off the park shuttle tonight we walked across the bridge to the Brew Pub about 100yds away.
For this picture I set up right in front of my truck in our campsite. The formation on the right is Watchman. It's about 45 mins before sunset but inside the canyon the sun is well below the west rim by now.
