Beagle

Here in Peru dogs are a bit different than on the US.  They are just out on their own wondering the streets.  None have collars or any sign of ownership or care.  Some are in fact pets and do get feed while many are feral. Hard to tell the difference except that some like the beagle pictured do appear feed and cared for.  The combination of the =free roaming dogs and businesses have doors wide open allows for the dogs to just stroll through.  Snoopy's cousin stopped in to say hi while we were assembling in our hotel lobby for our walk to the train station the day we left Aqua Calientes.
Like all beagles this one has "The Look" down pat.
