Fortress of the Bears

 On our second day in Sitka we visited the Fortress of the Bears, a rehab place for bears.  But unlike other animals you can't release a rehabbed bear back into the wild after they have had that much contract with humans.

There was not an actual fence between us and the bears, just a 4ft or so wall and they were in an area below the wall.  So I went to an area that put me at the lowest elevation and closer to eye level with the bears.
