Green Anole
For my fifth image in the series I have chosen an image I made of a Green Anole. Gloria and I came across this little gem on a hike in the Flagler Beach area of Florida this past spring. We actually saw a brown anole first and then I caught a glimpse of movement just off to the left and was able spot this green anole on a branch. In response to either our presence or the brown anole, it expanded its dewlap and gave us this pose.
I had closed the aperture down to f8 to try and keep more of the body in focus.
Olympus OM1, 1/800 sec, f/8.0, iso 3200, 220mm focal length, hand held.
