Butterfly

 A few images of some pipeline swallowtails. The really like the Mexican Bird of Paradise bushes we have in the backyard.

All of the images were made with the Olympus OM1 with the 150-400 f4.5 zoom.  All were handheld and the distance was pretty close so I think the largest focal length was just over 200mm.  I had the aperture at f8.0 and because of the constant motion of these guys the shutter speed was at 1/1250 and 1/1600sec.  So that left me with some higher ISO numbers.  But I think Lightroom cleaned up the little bit of noise quite well. Remember to view the images large.
