Moving Day

Yesterday was moving day.  We moved over to the Florida Panhandle to a state park between Destin and Panama City.  It was an all day drive, but we are now set up in Grayton Beach State Park.  It's a great spot.  Very nice campground.  From what we have seen, (two stays) Florida does a great job with campgrounds in their state parks.

The images below are from Tomoka state park.  While hiking around the park we did encounter a few birds.  Eastern Phoebe,  northern cardinal, palm warbler, and a kingfisher.
We had a pretty tough time ID-ing the palm warbler. Palm Warbler can be from two different groups. The birds from the western group are browner than the second population which are named yellow and has brighter underparts. To us it looks like a nonbreeding/immature bird from the western population. Thats our story and we are sticking to it...until corrected.
