Green Lizard

The following images are of a Green Anole.  We haven't seen a lot of them in our travels throughput the southeast.  We mostly see the Brown Anole, although when stressed the Green Anole can turn a dark brown color.  This guy is on our truck door in the first pics and then on the camper back wall.

In researching lizards so as to ID them, I discovered that the Green Anole was the most often seen anole.  But over time the Brown Anole, which is native to Cuba and other Caribbean islands, have found their way into Florida and are now the dominate species as afar as lizards go here.

Little cuties....aren't they?
