Back In the Day
"Back in the Day", for those of us with graying hair, remember when refrigerators didn't have auto defrost?
RV refrigerators are different than home refrigerators, they are evaporation refrigerators...and as such no auto defrost. After a few months of constant use in a somewhat humid enviorment ice tends to build up in the freezer and on the cooling fins in the refrig section. This cuts down on useable space and following efficiency and has to be dealt with.
With 2 days of constant rain here, Gloria thought it was a good time to get this chore done.
