Christmas Card
Many of you know that Gloria sends cards, lots of cards. I would venture that 99% of the cards she sends she makes and prints herself. The images she uses she gets from my photo library.
This year I was charged with getting a winter scene for a Christmas card. We I was wasn't able to fulfill the request. So we went back to 2023 and got the snowman image that was used in this years Christmas card.
The back story is... in 2023 we had a decent snowfall one morning and 2 of our neighbors made a snowman in our common area. I took several pictures of it and Gloria chose on for the card...but there was a problem. In the background was homes from the neighborhood.
Gloria creates her cards in Adobe Photoshop and photoshop now has AI capabilities. So a new background was generated, actually 6 versions were generated. The chosen one had mountains in the background very much like the mountains we see from our yard.
So this years Christmas card is a blend of one of Tom's images and Adobe AI.
So here we have 2 pictures on is the front of the finished card and the other is the original picture.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
