Parade

 Here in Quail Creek each 4th of July we have an early morning flag raising with a color guard (ROTC) and then a few speakers.  This is followed by a parade of convertibles and golf carts led by the fire company.  

It is traditional to throw candy to any grand children along the route.  The cart in front off us was throwing small bottles of whiskey (the airline size) .  It was fun to watch the reactions of the bystanders once they realized what was at their feet.
