Turtle Egg Update

In the way of an update, the turtle eggs appear to be doing just fine.  Although as you will see in the above pictures there were 3 more close calls with a raccoon.  Hopefully the trail camera s sensitive enough to trigger when they start digging out.  I am guessing they will be pretty small, but if enough come at the same time we might get a picture.

Or if it is daylight and within the next day or so I might get some video ???

On another note, while Meri was visiting last week she walked out to her car in the dark and something hissed at her from the holly bushes along the sidewalk.   I now see where something chewed a few holes in the lattice under the back porch deck ????

I am thinking possum or porky maybe.........
