Cowgirl

 I have been pulled in several direction of late, but I am back now.  I have been culling my photo library a bit and came across this image.  I made this image in February of 25 at a photography workshop in Gold Canyon AZ..

I love the how the rising sun is backlighting the cholla and some bits of the rider. I think the viewers gaze is going to be from right to left, not the conditioned left to right but it is what it is I think.  I also fell that the rider looking out into the darker desert area adds some mystery..what is she looking at or for?
