Amazon

 The  Lilac-crowned Amazon again.  I created a new background for it.  I included the original image for comparison.  

While this is a captured bird, for this image it was outdoors and untethered, just sitting on a the limb with it's handler nearby.  

These little parrots are primarily found along the Pacific coast of Mexico and can range into the Yuma area of Arizona.
