I haven't posted in awhile, but we are home now.
While we were in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores AL, there was a car show near our campground. Well it actually had more lifted and customized trucks than they did cars. But one car really caught our eye and it wasn't a restored golden oldie or any type of custom. It was a brand new car.
Pics are below. It is actually a BMW, their plug in hybrid. It runs on battery for something like 60 miles then the gas engine kicks in to provide electricity to run the electric motors. It the same basic technology that the Chevy Volt used.
This car was pretty sporty and the price tag was a bit much...over $170,000.00.
