Mindsets

I am on a mission to learn to be a printer of fine art photography.  (Even if I have to print work from other photographers to get the “Fine Art” part : ) ).  To that end I have stumbled on the work of Robert Rodriguez Jr.  I have been reading a book by him and reading his blog post.  In a recent post he discussed the concept of a Growth Mindset vs a Fixed mind set and how it might pertain to photographers.  I found it very interesting and wanted to share this info.  Included in the info from Robert is a sketch he used to help him explain this to his 12 year old son.  The article and the sketch are below.
