We are here

We are home. We stayed a extra day at Meri's while the bad weather blew through. 

We left this morning driving for about an hour in Lake Effect snow from Lake Erie. 

Crossing Ohio on I 80 and then in southern Michigan on US 23 we saw the  ruminants of accidents. More than I have ever seen in all my years of traveling. 

It was very bad day for truckers the past 24 hrs. We saw tractor trailer after tractor trailer jackknifed and over the bank. There were plenty of cars in the ditch as well.   

One tractor trailer had caught fire and you could barely tell what it was. 

Staying put was a very good move.
