Butterfly
This butterfly was at the Fall Hallow falls on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Gloria spotted this gal on a very interesting bench in some nice dappled light. The bench was pretty well carved up by visitors, giving some interesting character.
I believe the butterfly is a female Diana Fritillary. Found mostly in the woodlands of the Appalachians and southern Ozark region.
