Hatch NM

 Here in the Southwest the red and green pepper capital of the world is Hatch N.M.   We have driven through Hatch a few times when we travel between Tucson and Michigan an out east.  

Our route this summer was through Hatch once again as we planned to stop in Taos N.M.  

A week or so before we left we were watching a recent episode of American Pickers and they were in Hatch to see Sparky's BBQ.  Sparky has quite a collection of large statues and other items of food memorabilia.  So this time through we stopped for a few photos.
