Claus

 Meet Claus.  He is the Eurasian Owl that Gloria and I had perched on our arms at the Desert Museum.

Most of the animals and plants at the Desert Museum are native to the Sonoran Desert.  Claus is an exception to that and his role is to be an Ambassador for the museum because it would be illegal for Gloria and I to handle any of the native birds, but the non native birds would be ok.   So Claus fills that role.
